Are items in my cart held through checkout? 

No; unfortunately items in your cart are not held for you through the checkout process. Items in your cart can sell out before you finish your transaction.

What payment method do you accept? What if I do not have PayPal? 

We accept most popular brands of credit card and PayPal. Even if you do not have PayPal, you can use our checkout system. Be prepared to have your credit card information and exact information for your shipping destination.

How do you ship? 

New Flesh ships using kraft mailing tubes, tissue paper, and kraft paper. Each print is handled with care and hand delivered to the United States Postal Service (USPS) .

What shipping method is used? 

All continental U.S.A. parcels are shipped using USPS Standard Mail (3-5 business days). All international parcels are shipped using USPS First Class International (1-2 weeks). 

How is shipping calculated? 

Shipping is calculated by evaluating all materials used to secure your print, the weight of tube, and time spent preparing the tube for shipment. We offer a flat rate for individual prints as noted under each print's information block. Prints may be combined at checkout to save on shipping. PayPal will adjust the weight and shipping price accordingly.

What if I bought a print at different checkouts, can I combine shipping? 

If your print has not yet been packaged for delivery to USPS, we may combine shipping. An appropriate shipping refund will be given with enough notice. Please send an email to for any assistance.

What if my shipment is damaged? 

If you find your shipment has been damaged, please contact us at as soon as possible. In most cases we'll ask for a picture of the damage and will send you a replacement as soon as we can.
